So fun fact: The Berzerker trait (on crit or on room start) is CRACKED with an attack speed build. Berzerker gives 20% MORE attack speed and 20% MORE movement speed and when paired with alacrity, it is nuts. Super underrated % multiplier on attack speed and movement speed.

Hey Retro, Any alignment that is 4+ is considered pure. So, even without the mastery that reduces the alignment requirement you only need 4 EVIL/GOOD/LAWFUL. If you have the mastery then you only need 3+. Thought I'd clarify since it seems that you still thought you needed 5+. Great listening to you as always. I got this game because of you and have been enjoying the hell out of it!

Have you considered dropping the Cinder debuff that reduces inventory capacity? It seems like it kind of gets in the way of completing certain builds/sets but at this point no longer offers much in return.

Actually, to get the unlock you just need to beat the guardian of the hells (tiamat) which happens before the alignment check, so it doesn't really matter that the soldier has +1 alignment to start! 💜

Since you have souls, couldnt you buy a cheap item for souls and then resell it for gold at the black market instead of dropping your armor? I havent had the chance to try it yet but seems like it could be useful.

On this note. If you get a really solid weapon, you often have made every perk and equipment decision so far in the run surrounding it. It is only logical to stick with one, or find one that is the same style but better, and the outcomes of my runs (in nearly all roguelikes) seem to prove that it is a really good strategy. Moreover, I like that I have weapons shine for episodes instead of having a bunch of flings with weapons and nothing gets to be in the spotlight.

I found a very boring exploit for infinite money/health/mana/stamina/stats that has taken the fun out of the game for me. Im glad you keep uploading so i can still see yhe fun in it!

@@pixelgamerpro1597 2: I have no self control 1. Get the "Items sell for 2 more gold each time you sell junk" meta perk, get a black market in a tavern, and just keep refreshing it. Buy what you can buy and just sell it straight back. Gets you infinite money, and the merchants will occasionally sell any stat you could want. Technically you dont even need the meta progress perk, it just makes it easier. Often enough you can buy items for cheaper than you can sell them for (black market pawn shop gives you more money than a normal one)
