just did this using your loadout, worked super well but i used icarus dash instead of heat rises and it was super helpful

Does slice proc on its own now without having to cast your rift?

It doesn't but with the amount of restoration you get its barely worth using sever. Its there obviously if you'd like a bit of an extra bit of Damage reduction, but barely find it necessary in this build.
