What we actually want: 1. Online career with friends 2. Dynamic manager hiring and sackings so you can apply for vacant jobs 3. An option (just an option because some people love a unrealistic career mode and thats totally fine) for realistic transfer market, (for example, you shouldn't be able to sign vini jr in one day as barca) 4 Club reputation, if your club reputaion is low then high reputation players wont sign for you unless you offer crazy wages or if they are close to retirement or something like that 5. Actually utilize the potential of create a club, make it so you can create a unique kit every season, dont give me a templete where I can choose the colors. Let me pick the kit background, pattern colors and sponsors. Bigger sponsors (more transfer budget) if your club reputation gets higher. Let me create my own stadium and upgrade it overtime. What EA gives us: A practical copy paste of FC 24 career mode with icons and women

I've been going on and on about how there NEEDS to be a player career starting point in the youth academy. That would be so much fun and a more realistic climb to the top, as starting out as a 69 and making the first team within the first 4-5 games is pretty unrealistic. And to top it off, the managers can call you up whenever they think it's time and they can demote you too.

Another thing they need to change in Player Career is contract objectives, whether you wanna stay or move to a new club as you get good some of the MANDATORY objectives become way too unrealistic, like 200 pass and goes, for example, or 80 goal contributions. I think EA will need to work on that and also stat counting because sometimes they don’t count things you did towards your contract objectives.

Just some points on improving career mode further; 1. Have an option of online mode where your team can be able to compete online with friends in the same career. 2. Have a 360 degree view of how a manager mode should be in an offline mode like; a) Adding building stadium (increasing seat capacity based on popularity of your club and in turn increases your revenue and transfer budget). But also like increasing capacity comes with budget being available too and how big the club has grown into. b) strict budget monitoring (like actual controlling of revenue over cost and then setting a wage budget instead of just being given a budget by the Board) c) more transfer strictness like getting competition from other clubs when buying players or can't just sell players easily unless his form is good and is on demand. Also, introducing the financial fairplay rules in the game. d) Introduce mind games from other managers and how it impacts your players morale before the game, to add half time team talks as well. e) Introducing takeovers of clubs by investors which increases competition and makes opponent and small teams stronger. f) and many many more features but atleast to keep on improving gradually. Most of the fifa players play the manager mode and look forward to it so EA needs to keep improving this. Even though it is one of the best mode already out there.

@@tonypatino1765 Always have? Wrong. I got into FIFA 23, only because it was on PS Plus. Prior to that, I hadn't touched the series at all since...oh gosh...might have been all the way back on PS1? But FIFA's Player career mode was, by comparison, incredibly deep (unlike, say, NHL), without being MTX'ed to nigh unplayability (NBA 2K, I'm looking at you). Road to the Show it's arguably not, but it's pretty darn good, compared to what else is out there. Is it as good as some of the legacy modes? Maybe not, but unless I find a physical copy secondhand, I may never know. What it does, it does well, and that is a fair benchmark, isn't it? And since Player Career is all I've been able to play, that really IS all I care about. My prior comment stands.

One of the biggest problems is, that clubs like mallorca spend after one season all the money the get from la liga which is very unrealistic and then buy 84+ players… second is that every player reaches his potential even when his team get relegated??? That's right. I've only been playing career mode since 1997. Back then it was simply called Season. Transfers were always possible and you could edit your jerseys. Those were the best times. In FC 25 I'm making a career again here for KZbin :D

it’s sad how EA FC player career mode is not given much attention. It’s not being realistic that much, for example i scored 38 goals in the premier league and the following season the record was still 36 goals. I think @EA SPORTS should please resolve that for us at least

Idea - For EA 26 or 27 , Work on 2 separate versions. Career mode must be its own game as well as Ultimate teams. If you have a team only focusing on career mode then you will be able to put all effort and be able to add all the nice stuff like customized kits and sponsors. Online gamers will probably buy them both.

Need a system where i can see previous transfers fees on players I've bought im past seasons...also a way that i can offer players to clubs instead of waiting for a club to loan a player...but most times is a ridiculous club that they wont even play for...id like that option in there... also a let to buy option from our side...and to make the options when loaning a player, to have his wages possibly by certain clubs be 100% covered by them not always 60/40 splits...gets boring as heck

So we have zero knowledge about how the agent works this time around, are we able to leave on loans and be sold in transfer windows this time around or are we still stuck at the club until the season ends? Are we able to get better deals in our signing, like signing bonuses or even decide with the manager how many years we'll be signed? You could do the signing by simply reusing the manager career signing, just make it so we're on the agent and player side of the discussion of the signing or let us delegate our agent to talk through the signing to a club. Another question, are the objectives being revamped or is my player going to be asked to score five bicycle kicks to stay at Salford City after bringing them to League One as a top scorer? Are there going to be ridiculous objectives as a manager where I'll have to start my youth player in 80% of the matches when I'm managing a Premier League mid-table team? This would be good to have addressed as to me personally, being able to have the objectives slightly altered or even have them possibly turned off with only the winning of matches, economics of the club and players wanting to stay being the factor that matters when it comes to a sacking. I hope that the way that players' overalls grows in the coaching career mode will be improved, it doesn't make any sense that several players can reach 95-99 in ranking, with Messi and Ronaldo's prime being 94. I also think that the way the overall should grow depending on age should change: - Until the age of 20, the overall should increase even if the player doesn't play (of course, if he is playing well, the overall can improve even faster); - Up to 25, the overall should grow easily if the player is playing well, but the growth would stop if he was playing poorly or not at all; - From 25 onwards the overall may start to drop if he is playing poorly, but there is still growth in the overall if he is playing well; - After 33 it would make sense that physical stats would start to fall, but in case the player is playing very well (at a level higher than that shown in their overall) their ranking should continue to rise, as this is how it happens in real life, perhaps it wouldn't go up so easily anymore, but it doesn't make sense to just start going down because he's older. Obviously these changes don't need to happen at these exact ages, they could vary depending on the player (for example, their position or at what age they reached puberty).
