Is it just a coincidence that Brian was sacked after the release of a song that had Tony Mortimer on lead vocals? No, he was set up. Watkins wanted to get rid of him. It happened after 'Hey Child' because Watkins was putting the idea of Mortimer being lead vocalist into the minds of the fans. He was preparing them.
