I come from the Kenyan side of L Victoria( we should change the name, not so Ssebo?), and when i was growing up, my mother would cook the stewed fish straight without it being fried first. "Boiled" as you put it. This has become almost de rigeur here and i sincerely believe you destroy the food value when you stew an already fried fish. I also believe eating with a friend makes food a lot more tastier. Kudos.

Fresh fish 🐟 especially Tilapia is so so so expensive overseas and most is not even from a real lake!!! Its harvested while young and kept in deep freezers with chemicals intil ready to hit the grocery stores. Young man you are the best traditional African food vlog I have come across. Please tour the rest of the continent. Enjoyed the collab and detailed tour 👌😍🙌✨️!! Uganda 🇺🇬 is so blessed with a variety of affordable and healthy food. Finally like how young and older people are still hustling outside the west - self reliance! Everyone is giving the next person a hustle - Ubuntu! Always eat African food with your hands including rice, even if you are a group in same plate - that's our culture as we always wash our hands. This was fire 🔥
