East Belfast Somme Parade 2012. Footage taken by Andrew T (former bassdrummer with SBYC) on my behalf, and has been uploaded with his permission.
This parade commemorates the Battle of the Somme on 1st July 1916, 5,500 Ulstermen were killed or injured on this date, and an annual parade takes place in various areas to commemorate the bravery of these men, and remember the sacrifice that they made
