East Celebrity Elite C5 Final Worlds 2015

I'm from ECE Tewksbury and I see how hard these kids practice. They put in hours of hard work and dedication, yet remain some of the kindest, most humble people I've met. Those athletes started crying during awards just when they moved on to the globes, knowing that they would at least walk away with third or second. Instead, they walked away with our gyms first Cheerleading worlds gold globe, becoming the only gym in New England to win worlds. Last year, C5 was in 9th place. They have experienced horrible things such as losing a teammate #RIPMarkell to amazing things such as getting second at NCA and of course, this worlds win. They set the example to the younger and lower level athletes to remain humble no matter what placement you get or how well you perform. They deserved this win more than anything, our program (before and after East Elite and Celebrity Cheer merged) has come close to it in the past, but none of our level 5 teams have won worlds until now. They put on the performance of a lifetime, and came out on top with a worlds win. I am so happy and proud of this performance and blessed to be a part of ECE

C5 already won worlds, it's done. The comp is over. Ece has worked hard for this tittle and deserves it. I see them at the gym all the time working their butts off. Be happy for them, if it was your team/gym, you would expect others to be happy for you too.

As a member of C5, thank you to those who are supporting us. The scores show why we won. Unlike someone else on this post I'm not going to degrade any other team in order to explain why we won. We just had the better routine and received credit for it. I will say, not once do we do "assisted toss to hand stretch" so it looks like someone was watching the wrong routine. All of the teams in this division were amazing and anyone could have won. But don't you dare say that I'm not a World Champion because I am. My team has worked just as hard for this as anyone else has.
