Who ever did their mix is so on point. This is the best audio I heard on youtube in a while. The live feed sound mix is balanced and clear. I don’t think the organ is too quiet but the keys are way too loud. Clearly the keys player has done the mix, you can see him do it. Not enough of horns or organ in key moments. You don’t want anything to overpower but this sounds like the keys player is no1 and everyone else is underneath.

Now, over 40 years later, they’ve added a few instruments, but the music still has that Anointing on it that makes you wanna dance for Jesus! Josh Stevens it has but over the past years the organ has been toned down way too much in gospel music. I remember the organ used to shine in its own way but now it’s barely heard in the background of gospel music. Organ is the soul of gospel music and this is coming from a keyboard player

I have a dream of taking a plane here in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and disembarking in any state in the South of the United States and listening to these Gospel/Jazz songs on the street. I want to hear this kind of music in Alabamba, Tennessee, Mississippi, Colorado. I would love to have been born in the USA. I'm Brazilian, but I really like black music from the USA. In 2005/2006, an American Gospel Music group played at my church, here in Brazil. First time I saw this style "live". Before, it was only on video cassette or television. I was very moved. Music style that I like to hear and play the most, right there in front of me. I'm a bass player too.
