Very enjoyable. Would have liked to have flown the whole way with you. Very cool to see the two hangared Tri Pacers. Next time you’re flying into CLT, give a heads up! Your wife is clearly becoming accustomed to the routine and flying. Looking forward to Part 6 and beyond. I am grateful for your generous sharing of your experiences!

That landing at First Flight was definitely sporty for sure. Don't feel bad though because I've honestly never seen a smooth approach into there. I used to watch that show Wicked Tuna and Outter Banks is where they were located. Looks like you two had a pretty good time and again thanks for taking the time to share this 😁

I just bought a tri-pacer myself and I’m curious about what you installed to get it IFR certified? Thanks for the videos, I have been sharing them to my wife using your travels as a example for what I have in store for us.

Chris Olson that’s awesome Chris. I installed the two Garmin G5’s and the Garmin 355 nav/com. That wasn’t required for IFR though. It’s actually pretty easy to get the plane certified for IFR. You need the minimum IFR equipment (Google grabcard) then a mechanic has to do some inspections. Pitot static system I believe and a few other things. That inspection was a few hundred dollars for me. Enjoy your plane!

Did Matt serve venison, because between him and his dad.... Again, I can't wait to do this kind of thing with my wife!
