Hi Gunter, I was feeling the frustration of the misfires, it would be good to sort the firing pin out to cover the whole rim. Once again a nice carbine and vid. Your collection of kk carbines is very interesting.

The mark from the firing pin is much different in that rifle than I've ever seen before. Usually the mark is a rectangular shape and covers the whole rim. Is the firing pin broken? Looks like a nice quality rifle. It would be fun to sort it out and make it work.

The firing pin is ok. I have several gun, there the punch mark is a round dot about half a millimeter in diameter. But most pins make, as you told, a rectangular mark about 2 mm times 1 mm
