Check on conditions before you go. I have heard that the road isn't maintained much anymore. But, yes, a great ride. Check out my other video "kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5XHZIyNg9-Aha8". Another nice video GrizzLee... and congratulations to Yukon Johann with Daisy. Planning to change tires on my GSA LC. What are the tyres you use nowadays ( at 2'43"). When you use the Gopro mounted on the helmet, does it run on batteries or do you connect it via USB ? Thanks

Thanks for the kind words. The tyres on my R1200 GSA are Heidenau K60 Scouts. They work very well on the big bike. I think you will like them.I run batteries in my GoPro. I re-charge them every night using my bike battery and a USB port I got from Touratech. Ride safe and thanks again. ~GrizzLee

RubiKon Adventures Thanks. I would love to try the Scouts, the only problem is... Heidenau doesn't produce them in the required size yet. (170/60) for the LC generation ... According to their website, they will be launched in April 15.

I really enjoyed this video. How does one get from East Harrison to Lillooet?

You can take east Harrison East out to (Shovel Creek FSR) Nahatlatch and take Hwy 1 at Boston bar to Lytton and then take Hwy 12 to Lilooet. You can bypass at teh REO Rafting & Yoga Resort Boston Bar and stay on Kiefers Rd ( all dirt... that becomes Texas Creek Road at some point). I have not been for a bout 5 years. Shovel Creek FSR was starting to deteriorate a bit.Check road conditions before leaving. Keifers Rd is "supposedly" not open to the public. It has big water bars put in to keep most cars out, but was doable on a motorcycle 5 years ago. (See my video "Three Days, Two Wheels, One GrizzLee") for the route I just described.
