Mark Is on the side of the gentrifier not the community. Easy to see where he stands.

Candidates who have my vote: Ruben Abrica Q Smith Would not vote for Mark Dinan. The EPA community does not respect him and he is disliked by many in the community for racist comments be cautious of Mark Dinan.

Calling someone racist while (1) supporting a candidate who FILED A LAWSUIT against a hispanic candidate who beat him in the election for "giving free tacos" while belittling his voter base and (2) is the son of an organization that has single-handedly prevented affordable housing construction is an absolute joke. The East Palo Alto Sanitary District is as corrupt as it gets, and someone's son should not be allowed to run for the conflict of interest in approving red tape measures to prevent low income housing.

Mark did an AMAZING job with his answers. You can tell the level of sophistication and detail that comes with his responses. So many candidates talk in “high level” ideas but Mark’s answers really show that he can get into the weeds of city bureaucracy. I love it
