CTA'S 4000 SERIES L CARS should have had these alarm gongs since they did allot of side of the street running on the ground level Lake Street L on South Boulevard and along Van Buren Street on the Garfield Park L ground level where you only had traffic signals for crossing protection between Racine and California Avenue. Alarm gongs would be right at home on these L CARS.
