Yes it was an end of an era to Phils and Steve’s feud but in 2003 was the gangster era of eastenders

@@HSD. yeah but in between that, Phil was really on his own. Steve died, Dan and grant left - that whole 1999-2002 dynamic was gone from this moment.

Although Eastenders isn’t in the same stratosphere of interesting stories and characters ..probably for last 12 years..I’m glad there is more diverse writers and the episodes match the BBC’s politically correct agenda. Haven’t watched it since 2013 but by all accounts I’m missing out.
