Phil Cheated and somebody was going to grass eventually but let's not pretend she's an angel, after all, she got into debt with a Drug dealer and Phil wrote it off with his own money and she still wanted more. Phil isn't a saint but Sam would get more respect if she didn't only go crawling back to her own family when she smells money.

Sam is a snake who betrayed her family. Phil saved her life and she owes him after he paid off that drug dealer to keep her alive. She's an ungrateful piece of rubbish and she will never be welcomed back to the Mitchell family. Yes Phil never told her because he knows how she would react. But she still owes what she owes so therefore she doesn't have a say. Just be grateful that you're alive and well. But she's spiteful and devious. And for that Sam. You're no longer family.
