Bill Treacher, an amazing actor and i can never forget the scene with him and Dr Clegg in the allotment shed at the height of Arthur's battle with depression, superb piece of acting and very very powerful, i still watch it now and it really hits hard.

@alexanderjones9572: He also starred in Inspector Morse episode "Deceived by Flight" and was in the revival of Shine on Harvey Moon in the 90's, playing Harvey Moon whom had previously been played by Kenneth Cranham in the original 80's series. Roberta Taylor has also been in Inspector Morse too and The Bill, but I remember as Irene in Eastenders and was former sister in law of Kathy as she had been married to her brother, Ted. Practically everyone in the Albert Square is either related by blood or marriage.

there are characters who ARE technically alive on screen, But may never have an ON screen funeral when the people OFF screen die. same with Home & Away, Neighbours, Hollyoaks (Paul Danan, Not sure on Nana McQueen) Emmerdale, Eastenders, Coronation Street (Percy, Phyllis, Annie Walker etc..) If Brookside was STILL around then there maybe a funeral for Jimmy Corkhill

@kevinharking8334: Yes some ended up in the Bill, Roberta Taylor had been acting since at least the 70's, and Todd was in Grange Hill as Tucker Jenkins and went on to be the replacement actor for Mark Fowler and highlight the AIDS crisis on the show and the attitudes towards the condition at the time and apparently it was a milestone in people getting tested for the disease, both Todd and his on screen sister, Susan Tully whom played Michelle and is now a director, both starred in GH.

@@horrorfan7148 Yes, exactly - Kate Carraway has recently had to bury her husband after he caught the virus before the vaccine was created. Never underestimate a virus, even the common cold can kill you if your not careful, especially some lab created crap out of China and once something gets to the brain you have had it. If we hadn't got the vaccine in our house, then my parents whom are now 80 would be dead. Anti Vaxxers are against all vaccines and put their children at risk for their principles and I disagree with them, we have eradicated a lot diseases due to vaccines, I get not doing it for religious reasons but we don't want these diseases back and there should not be Polio in the waters of London.
