Possibly, but he was in enough pain to realisr he was dying. Wilmott Brown was the last time I watched Eastenders as it was nice to see such a vile character reach an end.

Even taking this scene into the equation, for all the epic build up in bringing back JWB, I felt EE short-changed us and the whole take-off after Weylands imploded was inconclusive. I wanted to see the actual scene of WB passing away and saying sorry for all his bad actions and crimes. This basically fizzled out in isolation which was a great shame as it played a big part in the way Max Brannings revenge was shaped.

This happened because Max’s storyline ended early. It was meant to last 3-4 years but they decided it’d get too drawn out so made it only into a year. So that’d be why the whole Weylands and JWB and Josh situation was cut short. They had to end it and so they had to amend the storylines too.

So in addition to all his crimes, Brownie also started the Weyland corporation, which eventually merged with the Japanese Yutani corporation to become Weyland Yutani, and EVENTUALLY START EXPERIMENTS TO TRY AND BREED KILLER XENOMORPH ALIENS TO USE AS WEAPONS??????? ARGHHHHH!!!!!! EASTENDERS AND ALIENS HAPPEN IN THE SAME STORYLINE!!!!! THAT MEANS EASTENDERS AND PREDATOR EXIST IN THE SAME STORYLINE, TOO!!!!!

@@ashleighdean6943 - wasn't this story ended abruptly because the Exec Producer departed/was removed? Either way, in my view, this was the last time EE was any good, and the abrupt ending of this story and subsequent axing of the characters was a big insult to viewers who had invested a lot of time in its build up.

@@doolan0543 But we don't actually see him die though and wasn't properly confirmed. Wouldn't be surprised if they later bring him back, revealing he survived his heart attack and is out of prison again. And have him make one last attempt to take over the Square that really would lead to his ultimate death. After all, EastEnders does have a habit of bringing back characters who were thought to be dead lol

@@matthill3293 he did but as we heard of lauren in a house fire and didnt hear about josh, take it they arent together anymore. I dont know if hes straight in real life but the gay son definitely aint It was a very bad ending of willmot brown, would have liked to see more
