I wish they would get back together, they really do love one another and always have. I think Phil turned it down in 2015 because it brought up bad emotions from a bad time in his life (alcoholism, losing Ben, Grant & Kathy's affair). I think that losing Kathy and Ben was the point where the darker Phil began. But there could be hope yet.
