Hope that Mick isn't gone forever. The bond and chemistry between Mick & Linda has always been strong. I still think Mick has done a Harold Bishop. Pretend to be drowned then comes back alive like its normal.

@@Guitar-qv6gu Danny doesn’t have the final say on it, the scriptwriters do. He may want to try other projects in the meantime, but if he’s half the actor he has so far become, if the script is good enough and they wave enough dough underneath his nose he’ll be back.

Mick and Linda will be together again. His body was never found. That feeling that he survived somehow and he's recovering from all that Janine put him through. And his Aunt Babe Smith is looking after him until he's recovered and strong enough to return to Albert Square Walford to Linda, Ollie and Annie and the Vic. Where he belongs behind the bar in the Vic with Linda and Shirley, George, Elaine, Gina, Anna, Ollie and Annie.

Whitney,Max and Janine all got involved but they never broke anything between these 2 even when Mick found out Max was Annie's real dad he not only forgave and continued his marriage to Linda but also claimed Annie as his own girl.

As touching as this is ,if I was Linda I wouldn't taken him back sorry for past year he let janine wreck her life and not once stuck up for Linda who know 30 + years.yes Linda made mistakes but has not once given up on him. He rush all life stages with Janine and he wonders why his kids haven't turn up to his sham of a marriage with Janine. Everyone warned him about janine yet he chosen to ignore them until he in danger image had Linda had died in that crash.
