Peggy truly loved Tiffany like a daughter would've been nice had Tiffs ghost met Peggys when she left a few years back.

Yeah, but because of Peggy's self-absorption and meddling to get them back together (see this video, she can't keep her gob shut for 5 mins) it ultimately led to Tiffany's death. Grant and Tiff were an awful mix

The mother she never had but found in Peggy as she was the only person, other than Bianca, that truly cared for and loved Tiff... Even when, despite the "who's the father" sitch, Peggy was willing to sign paperwork so Tiff could get benefits even if Tiff's baby might not even be Grant's. Being there throughout for her even after Tiff told her the truth about the baby daddy. Tiff's boiler was fixed, yet Peggy was willing to lie for/convince Tiff to lie to Grant about it still not being fixed. She even got smacked as a result of sticking up for Tiff after finding out Grant had hit/shoved Tiff. She stopped Grant trying to get a residency order and told Grant that "If Tiffany was a bad mother, you know I'd back you all the way, but she is wonderful with that child". Before ANYTHING happened, Peggy gave Tiff a job, home, security, love.... And finally? Witnessing that Grant broke bail conditions, knowing Tiff was leaving with Courtney yet not stopping her, but trying to HELP her run away? She was even willing to grass her OWN SON up for chucking Tiff to the floor ultimately leading to Tiff being ran over... and then Peggy was completely distraught when she saw Tiff die... And at her funeral. The times I thought Peggy was her loveliest. And Tiff being the one true person who she trusted and was there every single day for Peggy during the cancer. LOVED their relationship. Peggy wasn't just there for Tiff cos she was with Grant. She thought the world of her from the get go.
