Depression can come on to anyone at anytime. Things in life can start it off, bad situations can, or you can just get it out of the blue. It’s an illness in your brain. Different ways to get it better though it’ll never go away.

Depression is a mental illness, can be caused by a chemical imbalance or childhood trauma for an example. You can have everything, but for a lot of depression sufferers, it doesn’t mean anything.
