The recaps/reviews are the best thank you so much. They removed EASTENDERS for pbs almost a year ago and it was at least 10 years behind with major stories line and characters that have long since passed. It broke my heart so this service you are provide is a god sent. Thanks so much.

Some funny things about 2000 was Jamie, Martin, Robbie & Asif's botched attempt of a Queen Vic heist (the episode where they got caught was hilarious. Mike Reid at comedy) and Jim's shenanigans with Terry and Irene.

I'm 29 and I feel that new eastenders isnt all that too me. The old one showed human interaction and circomstances just very easily. Even in difficult situations. I felt that characters were fleshed out better. And could do things in the square. Dot as the actress had sadly passed away this year. She brought a character full of life into her story. The simple cigarette, lady she the normal person down to earth. The last time I watch eastenders was with the kid reveal murder and after that I stopped watching it. That was in its anniversary but its prior anniversary it was alright.

Ben's storyline is the first time where I don't have sympathy for a rape victim. Honestly these Ben/Ballum Ben/Ballum apologists remind me of the Severus Snape apologists (who are even worse).
