On The US Soap Opera The Bold & The Beautiful, Stephanie Forrester called Bill Spencer Mr. Forrester, in 1987 and on Guiding Light Phillip Spaulding called Fletcher Reade "Buzz". Barry Williams on the Brady Bunch called his TV Sister Jan Eve which is her real name.

@@laminage Kim has deliberately called Janine..."Janice" for a long time. When Janine came back for her latest return Kim looked at her and said "Janice!" and laughed. Janine just smiled. It was also Kim who often referred to Gray as " Beige". She likes to change certain people's names around.

@@lauramarie3605 The very fact that Janine was plotting, scheming, manipulating, ever since she returned, plus the fact she tried to get Linda's baby taken into care, blackmailed Jada, and made it look as though Linda was driving whilst drunk means that the whole situation is Janine's fault. Without her none of it would have happened so yes Janine is to blame for Mick's death. (if he actually is dead, we don't know yet)

For the characters on the Square he's presumed dead but for the majority of viewers he's most likely alive but there's a possibility that he's suffered from a coma or amnesia in case Danny Dyer wanted to return in the future, this is why the producers gave him an ambiguous exit.
