Marvelous! According to Wikipedia, "Gounod considered this oratorio ['La Redemption"], and its sequel, 'Mors et vita' ['Death and Life'] (1885) as his greatest achievements."

Yes, both works are an absolute pleasure on the organ and definitely help put the seasons of the church in perspective. It's what I love about sacred music, that it is beautiful, intensely personal, and contemplative to all who hear it. Now, just to find some time to record it! =D
