We are pretty chill… my Mom would get us a new Easter outfit and summer Sandals. Then a necklace and maybe 1 candy Cadbury’s egg. For my son who is 5-I have done a outfit, bubbles or chalk and a coloring book and a book to read. We try not to do candy at all. For the eggs he has fun just collecting them and hiding them over and over and we don’t fill them 🤫 he has no idea. He did go to a egg hunt this year and when he saw the candy he said Daddy can have it. 🥰

Blakely is second child vibes through and through 😂 For Easter we color eggs the day before and we use reusable baskets also. Easter baskets in the AM, Easter lunch and that’s about all. Occasionally we go to an Easter egg hunt at the town festival or my mother in laws church

We always had a big family meal and we still do. As kids we only got Easter baskets there was no easter egg hunt for us. My son had easter egg hunts. He still gets a basket of candy and he colors eggs with my mom. One year the easter bunny put a chocolate bunny in his basket and put it on the table. The sun came up and shone right into that window and melted a hole into the bunnies head. I was hoping we could have seen Blakely in her bunny outfit

Beckham looks so happy. You wanted comments on the toy car and the other toy. Kids don't need all the toys at once because they won't appreciate them as much. I think a toy car similar to the pink car they already have would be great for Beckham as well not just Blakely. It would be another way for Beckham to move around on his own and have a different view of the world. It may even challenge/help him continue to progress cognitively as well.
