Hi KZbin fam! In this video I shared with you how Hellshire beach has almost completely eroded and we can no longer enjoy the beautiful beach days we used to at Hellshire. I also showed you that at the restaurants you can choose the fish you want and how you want it prepared. The vendor had a variety of Red Snapper and Parrotfish available, but I want to encourage you to refrain from purchasing/eating Parrotfish, as they play a critical role in maintaining our beaches. The Parrotfish eats the algae on the coral reefs, grinds it and turns it into sand. Our beaches are obviously an important part of our tourism product in Jamaica, so let’s do whatever we can to preserve them. One way we can do that, is by NOT eating/buying Parrotfish and by spreading the word to raise awareness. Thanks as always for watching. Nuff luv! 🫶🏿💕

Hello my girl, I trust that you enjoyed the Easter weekend. You endured to the end and that's important. Even athletes have bad days. I have done 5ks and one 7k. I need to try a 10k and that's it. I admire all of you who have done half and full marathon, great. Food looks good. Thanks for sharing.😊 Trini girl

You should definitely go after the 10K, I know you can do it, even if you do it slow, you gotz this! 🙌🏿 The food was really good man, I could go back there once a month for my seafood fix lol. Top runner! You’ll be able to do 5ks again in no time once you stay consistent I’m sure. Last time I went to Hellshire was many years ago. It even looks a bit different too! I really enjoyed watching 😊. And yes to the curry goat patty at Devon House! It’s soo good 😁

Giiirlll! I don’t promise anyone that I will get back into peak running state, but I will gwan panka same way, just to keep fit lol. Hellshire really looks so different, but the food is still good. Listen, for some reason they have been out of curry goat patty for over a month now! Blasphemy! 😩🤦🏿‍♀️😅 Glad you enjoyed the video girly 🫶🏿
