Right after the riser in the beginning of the song, there are two sounds: the strings and some soft piano like instruments that plays the chords. What instrument is that and if it’s a piano, how did you manage to make it so soft?

I used Kontakt's Alicias Keys with auto filter from ableton as well as basic processing on the channel. EQ, Compression, etc :)
