Eastern Phoebe Family!

I once observed a pair of Black-capped Chickadee feeding their nestlings, and also removing the waste the chicks produced, every other feeding. This all took place at one of my local parks I visit. The nest was in a wooded lot with a small trail running through it. Both adults kept the food coming non-stop.

Yeah, it's an interesting phenomenon. Not very pleasant, but interesting. 🤣🤣🤣

damn, that ending with one of the trees getting ground up... just terribly sad.

Definitely sad. 😥 But I am glad it occurred not only after the Phoebes fledged, but also after spring migration concluded.
