Got an opportunity to visit Eric McNeal of Migrating Culture Crossing. I must tell you it was worth the trip. It took us four and half hours from Asebu to get to Somanya. We met up with Eric McNeal, and we truly enjoyed meeting with the homeowners.

In actual fact... Children with parents from different parts of the world ("Mixed" Cultural backgrounds) who are...humble and well grounded..are very much accepted and to the point of being "favoured" in Nigeria. It is probably the same in Ghana...& perhaps throughout West Africa...!!! Just show some "Respect" to Motherland Africa & its people while respecting yourself whenever in Africa. kingstonrebel It shouldn't be, we need to favor ourselves like everyone else. Black people are always too concerned with pleasing everyone, especially the people who aren't as worried about us and our problems. Black africans worship white people and mixed people far more than they should. It's about time we learned to value ourselves first. This accept everyone attitude hasn't ever gotten us anything good. It doesn't mean hate, but it means you come first just as every group puts themselves first. That's the heathiest way to live for black people going forward

This is a good look, Audrey - that is, to see a KZbinr associated with one diasporan village visiting and highlighting another. I don't see that often enough. It's these "little acts" that will help to build strength and unity of purpose. On another note, the Eastern Region is simply a wonderful spot. The mountainous terrain reminds of where I am from. It is definitely one of my spots. Congrats Eric - things are coming along nicely.

Fyi, the house you saw here was actually "one half" of a DUPLEX unit. So the space was about 400 sq/ft. The standalone "houses" are bigger. ☀️☀️
