This was the best time I have had shooting in a long time, not just the venue but the guys. I will shoot with Dan and the gang any time, good friends and good people. We have fun and do not take ourselves too seriously. As Angel said " we went full ETARD, cannot wait to do it again and with this group. Dan always does a great video and certainly caught me playing the banjo on my longbow.

That chise bow "the new breed" long bow at 5:11. I bought that bow from chise amd its a amazing bow. Highly recommend chises bows and also wolfpaw archery. Andrew at wolfpaw makes some incredible bows. He will be at ETAR this year. He teamed up with WTF camo and will be at their booth.

Good stuff, thanks for the video! And yes, many a canopy were smashed by that little microburst we had. We were at our camp when it hit...just thankful it wasn't worse. And you managed to "capture" one of the guys from our gang and myself on video while in the vendor tents. I showed my wife...told her I was famous now!!! It was her first ETAR and she's hooked now!

Yes, we did, brother.. we experienced one heck of the weekend. We did everything we wanted and then some. It was an honor sharing camp with you! Can't wait for the next one!

Great video, Daniel, loved it! Working on one of my own when I saw yours popped up! I heard about ETAR last year and stopped in for a few hours just as a spectator and decided to go all in this year. A close friend of the family set my youngest boy and I up with a pair of his recurves that we'd been shooting for all of a week or two before setting up our campsite the Saturday before. We were there for the week and loved the experience! From what I was told, I won one of the door prize drawings but you know where I was... out on the course shooting! Weather was wild from the midnight bolt of lightning over the event that sat everyone straight up in their tents mid-week, to the 20-minute Saturday afternoon deluge of rain and memorable blast of wind with the front that hundreds of tents and canopies sacrificed themselves for. ETAR '23...wouldn't change a minute of it and absolutely cannot wait till next year!

Thank you! The hat I am wearing is from Stick bow man. It is a short bill hat popular in the traditional Archery community. You can get similar hats online at 3Rivers and Lancaster Archery. Happy shooting!
