That’s a great job Tony. Your fabrication skills are really good. I think you’ll really like the extension table. A conveyor becomes a necessity with the high output of the Eastonmade machines.

Thank you! A conveyor will definitely help me get the most out of the 12-22 for sure

Tony, what a nice job you did on the bars. You certainly have more skill at this than many of us. Everything takes time,but when your done your going to love it. It’s great thinking to look how the bars can be used in the future with minor change or none at all. See ya my friend.

That turned out amazing Tony. Your angle cuts and holes will make it a durable weld. The side panels will help guide the splits through. Its perfect.

Thanks Kenny! I think you’re right, I’ll be adding the sides in the future.
@765Guys9 ай бұрын
Nice job Tony, you’ll definitely want the sides. I made my bars for my 12-22 originally without sides. I used it once and knew it needed sides. I see a nice conveyor in your future! Have a good one 👍

Nicely done Tony. Seems like a well thought out plan. The hole saw you used are just like the cutters I use in my mag drill and the work great, but as you learned, messy. I like your fab/weld table, that's a nice setup. Very handy for projects like that. This is off the wall, so forgive me. What size is the hole size in the top of your weld table?
@TCsOutdoors19 ай бұрын
Thanks Bobby! The cutter worked awesome for sure. The table is made by vevor I picket up on amazon, the holes are 5/8.

That's a great idea. Looks like you stuck the pipe through the square tubing a couple inches, any reason why?
@TCsOutdoors19 ай бұрын
Thanks, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make the table 18” so I cut all the pipes at 20”. I ended up going with 16” for the table and it gave me a good bit of pipe to weld in both sides

Tony if the price are like here and down where you are aluminum is way less now over steel buddy . Take Metals “R” Us or metal supermarket pop out a pc in sec in aluminum or steel or ect . Tony just get a good cut off blade call ( walker ) your 1” round should be longer for the firewood to Traver over far for the dirty to drop . drill there an oil for cutting and drilling for steel tony save your bits plus faster . See WD - 40 too light of a oil for drill bits buddy . Tony old aluminum road sign with little bend side and 2”,3” 4” hole or cut channel 1”,2” with jigsaw work with right blade . Welder the steel got to clean before welding buddy if not make a dirty weld . New bare metal is coat with a oil , keep away from rusty buddy . Before an idea should bring it up 🆙 on U tube you will get a million idea ( hits ) how to do it tony .
