The Reading & Northern truly is a magnificent line. Any idea when 2102 is supposed to be back in service? I saw footage from earlier this year of it undergoing steam tests, so it must be pretty close.

2102 probably won't enter service until early 2022

As far as I'm concerned, 425 did most of the work. Pretty sure the diesels were only used as "parking brakes"

I'm REAL new to the R&N, but you have my attention!!! So much so that I believe that 425 is the closest thing to ex-GTW 5629, (with a few minor visual differences), than the law will allow. This is comforting to see, but I'm not familiar with the blue paint scheme...is this OEM? Yeah, Southern had some of it's steam livery in green...N&W in Tuscan red, etc. so why not blue? I'm not complaining, just curious. Oh!, one more thing, "she" appears to be a Baldwin build. How do I get more info. on her?
