The power of 62o doesn't come from its raw equity, but rather the psychological bonus damage it inflicts when it inevitably bangs it off on the turn.

Either the guy at 2:42 is perfect, or he uses RTA. For example, he used ATdd perfectly and bluffed it in all split lines on the turn (1/3rd and almost pot). The other ATs arent bluffed. It's a small sample size, and he might be over bluffing, but I'd be extremely wary of him.

well, i guess it was more accidental then played perfect good.. since hero check turn, he saw weakness and decide to bluff off some weaker Qs, like mayby QJ and hero check river so he send it since hero has under the pot.. maybe he put hero on AK, JJ some TTs even..
@AT-jq2ve2 жыл бұрын
Dude, you deleted your previous comment where you mentioned an app where you checked the correct play. Are you using an RTA yourself?
@seslocrit93652 жыл бұрын
@@lbakicz , that's probably true, and it could be a coincidence. It's just 1 hand, and there is a regular pattern (i.e., the suit not on the board gets bluffed when checked too on the turn) when you go through the flops of similar texture. I'd still be careful around that player. When you look at the sim, it seems like he used the 100bb sim, which isn't bluffed at 200bb as much. It seems a little too perfectly played for my taste.

Hi, love your channel. Fwiw : i have started paying the 1% extra rake and i cash out. I always cash out when im ahead, like AA vs KK, or i cash oit if its a flip. If i make a mistake i just run it. I got called a noob a lot in the beginning, as it is only me and fish doing it. But i am a 4bb winner at 25nl over 200k hands. Definately nothing extraordinary, i study and grind and learn and want to move up. I love poker and the mental war and challenge, i hate the variance or gamble part of it. If im all in ahead on the turn after tricking my opponant, i want to be rewarded for it, not having the pain of a suckout. Here is my reasoning for cashing out / insurance / whatever its called. On stars its called cashout. 1. I want to be rewarded when i put the money in good. 2. 1% fee is less loss, than tilting after loosing AA vs KK 6 times in a row, or over weeks. I have basically cured my tilt issues now, and they were getting to me, holding me back. Growing almost paranoid. 3. Variance is REAL. It can take several hundred K hands for it to even out. If your winnings is EV after 100k hands, consider yourself lucky. Check out this poker variance calculator : www.primedope.com/poker-variance-calculator/ 4. I am building my bankroll. Rather steady, than variance to decide for me now in the short term month to month. My traumas: 1. I have been hurt seriously by variance in my entire poker career. I have lost JJ vs AJ allin on flop on J45 several timwes. I have lost in my biggest live tourney ON THE BUBBLE with AA vs AK allinpre. When these hits, after weeks and weeks of only that, it does get to me. I stop loving poker and i play at best worse. At worst i tilt away 100-400 more than 1%. Turnig on the computer to play stops being a positive thing, it gets to be just more violent trauma. 2. I am playing a 100buyin before moving up strategy. Final note : at some point i will have a large enough roll, and enough experience and confidence to handle bigger downswings and i will stop cashing out. For now it has been my rescue. Still running nearly 50 buyins below ev this year. Grow down, cash out AA vs 62 and book the win. Good luck mate

Works for me as well Reduces variance and tilt so u can keep playing ur A game even if u lose
@our-rob-or-ross2 жыл бұрын
Your point 2 is spot on - it's worth taking a guaranteed 1% hit if you know you'll tilt off more. Some will, correctly, point out that it's sub-optimal but if you have tilt issues it's worth it. After a while you can reduce it too, like only cashout 50% of the time and see how you get on. Not sure about PT4 but HEM3 can track your cashouts to see how much they're costing you, or how much extra they've made you.
@eastyyy222 жыл бұрын
Seems a reasonable approach mate, but there's no cash out option on 888! Will just continue to get piped and try to enjoy it. Thanks for watching the channel!

Hey bud, sorry you feel that way. I understand it's not going to be as interesting as it used to but I don't really have many options. I sort by pot size and go from there really, but I'll take it on board and see if I can find anything different for next week. KQss is a complete punt you're right, checked it after and it pure bets turn pure gives up river. Feel into the trap of assuming my high roll would bluff. Thanks for watching anyway, and I'll keep trying to keep things interesting. All the best.
