Same, I'm really into creamy stuff now, even though I'm oily/combo, to me they're easier to blend and don't have that mask/powdery effect and feeling of the matt stuff, you can use a good powder and look fresh

I think things are moving towards more fresh and simple looks in beauty, as far as I can see on KZbin and online -which I personally love! Its more flattering, I think. But also, less stressful too, for those of us who have to steal a bit of time away to sit and do our makeup.

My sentiment too. I have a friend who lives in California. She best describes the fires as apocalyptic scenes straight out a movie. Blood red skies filled with clouds of smoke, with the worse yet to come. The election will bring further civil unrest the likes we have never seen before in this country.
