Hey, my verification recently got rejected and I found this gem of a video. I have a question: I saw you mentioned using a separate domain for landing pages with disclaimers. If I enter my client’s details and website, won’t it be flagged if the landing page domain is different? I’m thinking of using my agency’s domain for the landing page for leads. Would that work? @@coyfanatic9071first this video is for TOLL FREE numbers. If you’re using a local number it’s different. Second you can use a landing page for the form. If you don’t use the site where the disclaimer, privacy terms etc. are for local numbers it will fail. For TOLL FREE you can use a subdomain bc all they want is a screenshot.

@@Saenzdigital Yes, I was talking about toll free numbers too. I did use a screenshot of an opt in form with the necessary disclaimer but they still rejected it. I run an agency and I want to use this number to send messages to the leads that come from my clients fb ads. Can I use my own business info for verification or you recommend I use my clients business info? My business is outside US and my client is in US.

Awesome video! As far as local numbers, there are extra steps, and it takes longer to get approved. I noticed that if you fill out the forms correctly, the wait time can be as little as a few days. I messed up one of my accounts and put in the wrong EIN number, and I paid for it. It took over a month of back and forth with the registration process. Anyway, just wanted to chime in. By the way, do you have any tips on approaching prospective clients?

Don't know, you could try that. We add a subdomain bc we also give this to our clients and they can send a link to have people book appointments for them so it works as a double whammy

Go back and check to make sure that the screenshot you submitted is publicly accessible. It can take up to 5 days in some cases

@@Saenzdigital it has the screenshot that has public access as a "viewer". With my previous clients it did got approved. I don't know what happened with one of my recent clients. She's from Canada.

Yes you can they’ll need your personal details. You still required to go through the proper steps.

The whole reason for A2P and the new regulations is to allow consent. Cold SMS means you don’t have consent from the user to communicate with the via text.

great video Saenz! In the last month I noticed the timing for the verification changed from 24-72 hours to 2-3 weeks which is a total killer for my clients. I have been trying to verified a number for weeks now and it does not either verified nor rejected, They don't even check it. Have you encountered the same problem? if you did, have you managed to go around it for faster verification?

Yes I have a few accounts like this recently. I reached out to GHL and they stated that it's the time of year they get influx of submissions however as soon as support looks into it they numbers are verified the next day. We're testing a few things on the form to see if they make a difference with the new additional changes that will happen soon.

Thanks, great video! So I can register and use a toll-free us number from another country as a freelancer? I was told the toll-free number is usable for freelancers without registered business. Putting in first + last name in legal entity and using private address.

Yes you can. Just don’t spam people and follow the FTC guidelines and you’ll be good.
