Stores sell those points very cheaply. For the brush just use the edge of a normal one and dap the color onto the canvas. Instead of the metal thing (Idk what it's called in english) use a ruler.

@@garycarraigeacha8794 Doesn't have to. I use watercolour trays and I prefer those over the tubes. But I have proffesional watercolour trays though, that can make a huge difference.

@@garycarraigeacha8794 You didn't understand my comment. You said this couldn't be done with watercolour trays, however I did. Just use 1 or 2 drops on the tray to make the paint really thick. It's not that hard, I use this technique for fur/trees/water just like the guy in the video did.
