Great....can you tell me how the first circles are kept “as circles” when you squeegee over them

I believe that he had done the circles earlier and allowed it to dry somewhat.

These videos have inspired me to try to do something with the box of my mom's paint that I found in a closet yesterday. I was going to throw them away, but if they're still good, and if I can find any canvases, I'm going to try this.

@SurajFineArts - Abstract ART Unbelievable🖌🖌and it turned out amazing!! I tried my first Squeegee painting last night and the first few strokes came out pretty amazing but as I added more of my Liquitex BASICS Acrylics that I was working with, I think I added too much b/c it semmered everywhere unlike yours..I am pretty sure I used way to much paint for a 10x10 pcs of canvas.. For my new painting, I am going to use a larger canvas and 1st lay down my Liquitex BASICS medium like you did and then add a few dots of different Liquitex BASICS Acrylics colors and then bring down the Squeegee nice and slow.. It looks like you wipe your Squeegee before you make your next pass or do you leave all of the left over paint on the squeegee?

I think I like the squeegee technique better than the palette knife. Then again I think I like them all. You are so gifted. And I really love the music in the background, I don’t care what anybody says it’s soothing with the painting and compliments the technique so beautifully.

Stuff like this always traps me between "is it really art if anyone can do it this easily?" and "yes, absolutely, anyone can do art!" Depends on what day it is, honestly. Ultimately, I think it's about the result- if someone looks at it and digs it, then it's art, and it doesn't matter how it was made.

This doesn’t really have anything to do with abstraction. What are you abstracting from? Mondrian went through a long process from figurative painting to his well known abstract paintings. I think what you are doing is more to do with an additive process. It is expressionistic and aesthetically pleasing but not abstraction. Best wishes.
This nonsense art is great for seniors to occupy their day! Thank you!!

They lack focus and generally look messy in the end. Abstract yet needs form and colour to make it work well. Any old thing doesn't work.

The Hustlin' Mompreneur but there remains good and bad art one has to be objective. I will often say that something is good because the good is evident even if I do not like the artwork personally. I can he or she has done a great worth with the colour and effects albeit I would not like it on my wall. That is professional and meaningful. It sounds as though you belong in the realm of, what is true for you then it is true and ok.
