That mexican lasagne looked awesome, I can't wait to try it. I do love the sound of that chicken leek and bacon pie but my hubby doesn't like creamy sauces, so I might change the cream sauce to a chicken gravy and see how it works out. Great meals yet again Vicki, thank you for sharing xxx

I made it in this video below using turkey, it’s based on a Jamie Oliver recipe that’s in the description of the video. I add a white wine stock pot and fresh parsley to mine. I love that chicken pie ,I bought tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions to make a delicious soup I w ill roast the veg before hand 👍👍😊

Ooh nice meals vicki that pie looks so good, anything topped with cheese mash get a thumbs 👍 up from me. Tuesday is my use up day ( Wednesday Is food shop day ) also my jusbabd is always late back on Tuesdays so we don't eat together so Tuesday is leftovers or whatever night!! I've had fishfinger pie with veg & peppercorn sauce ( the sauce leftover from.last niggt but I love pepper corn sauce) husband got paella 🥘, spanish onions tortilla a chicken chicken thighs (few to use up) and It emptys my freezer a bit. Have also made a big pan of minestrone soup for tea tomorrow. Used up all my odds & end of veggies. I like the different varieties of lasagne that you do , thst one sounds lovely as we like Mexican food so might give that 1 a go. Made a few of your different ones & all very nice

Baked beans and cheesy mash is literally my comfort food 😂 the lasagna was great and less hassle than rolling all the tortillas 😂
