What's the benefit of having the QR code over a label? I write things on masking tape and stick it on.

You still need to read the label to know what's in the bin. With QR code you just need to look at the app, no need to find the physical bin. If you remove something from the bin, no need to create a new label, just gotta update the app. I use a similar system and the app can keep track of 30 items in a bin, but there's no way I'm physically writing out 30 things on a label.

QR codes and apps...seriously. do t think that is useful. An itemized list outside is much better
