To cross into Soulcross, you must defeat a number of Plagueholme stages and in some specific gates, Akemtum is available as part of the restrictions. Use this guide to setup an easy Akemtum Build to hard carry you through those stages and start challenging yourself against the hardest content in the Cursed City of Sintranos.

Very nice one Saph. I was using the same principle with 2 Ironcalds in stun sets and Immortal and 3 healers. As long as the Ironclads do not have their passive locked, you are good. It is slow, but is very funny :))

I like the new content, but it requires too much regearing and building too many champions. There are not enough resources in the game to do that.

That's literally the point. So you have some place to use a variety of champs and all the gear you loot. I swear most of y'all hate the gameplay and just like shard pulls. Go play slots ffs🤡

At least with secret rooms and faction wars we were building towards something that was predictable. I'm not going to waste resources if they'll just change it up next time. I'll continue to build champs I actually want to build and hopefully they'll be useful at some point.

Very nice idea. I already knew Akemtum was a beast when he first dropped as I saw all the videos but when I pulled him there was no area in the game I needed him in so I just left him at 50. Now I have a reason to build the cat. My biggest problem with Sintranos is gear. I just don't want to spend millions of silver regearing champions over and over again. So I kind of stopped my progresion in hard for some while now and choosing easy stages where I can clear with the gear my champs have on already. Masteries are another problem. Most of my clutch champions for Amius have cycle of magic, Even Crohnam. But I would prefer to change masteries just on him, then on all the others. When you do the Crohnam guide, please try him with offensive masteries as well. As I use him in Hydra I would prefer not to have to switch him twice.

I have used Big'Un as a solo Champ with any Ogryn tribes allowed stages . Recommend gear sets are Regen, Lifesteal, or Bloodthirst.

Saph, would akentum work with lifesteal? Like, could he heal from all that hex damage? Also, the other enemies that are taking damage from hex have to have their own poisons on them as well correct? Like in hydra, the other heads wouldn't take damage from having hex when the poisoned heads took damage correct? I tried that once and it didn't seem to work.

Akentum does indeed work in lifesteal. He's not so good in hydra just cause poison is not so good in hydra.

He is good in hydra because his debuff spread actually and extend hex. He can do crazy DMG with a burner. ​@@Ragnell123

Yeah Lifesteal is another way - I like the Stun + Harvest Despair as its more control. Hydra his huge MVP is spreading burns onto targets under the poison cloud - its legit. Just watch his poisons on teh provoke head.

The difficult stages come later where he´s not in :D as i.e. S 1 or P 19, which are pretty essential to get further.

How do you beat sorath in the double boss stage? None of the champs have HP burn that are available. At least none that I have and I have 380

Yeah, I mean Akemtum has been better than Whisper for a long time. Meta for Spider hard, out damages Whisper in Dragon hard 10, out damages Whisper in hydra.... Church of Akemtum.
