What a great project, reminded me of when i was a little girl and my sister and i would play restaurant. And never too much talking in your video, i could just listen to you waffling on even if you weren't crafting, so the crafting is just the cherry on top. Yikes!! I made "the BOOK"!! lol. I was just taking a break from weeding outside, since we've had a bit of a break with the crazy hot heat and humidity outside. Rest assured, I've pulled out some old greeting cards, couldn't find the guest checks that I know I have, but a few of the cards are on the plain side so will work 😊 May use some tan colored napkins on those with some design on the front and then printed napkins on the plainer ones. Then just glue the top and bottom and done!! I guess I'll decoupage now so they can dry while I go back outside to finish weeding the back flower garden. Great video Julie, love it!! But first, before I do anything, I have to message all my journaling friends and tell I'm famous 😅🤣 😂 Enjoy your day!!!

That blue lettering bothered me too. I have actually been doing junkjournaljuly every day. So much fun. I made a 9 by 12 art journal. I am determined to improve my watercoloring and to learn mixed media. I’m planning to start on August 1st. I’ll let you know how it goes. I have been sewing for 60 years, but I almost went insane trying to do that demon kettle stitch to bind the journal. I wanted the pages to lie flat when it’s open. I used 5 different sizes of thread. Omg. It was awful. It looked like 5 year old did it. I finally tried another method and it was fine. Whew. I thought I lost it completely. Lol. Well, have fun! Hugs, treen 💕💕💕

I like working with napkins there is so many pretty ones I. have quest checks so will give it a try you used a napkin with sweet peas on it first I seen like that very good video stay cool It is very hot and dry here ❤️❤️ THEOLA

Julie please don’t change, if they don’t like your waffle there are plenty of others they can follow that don’t say anything and bore me to death lol I’d say 99% of your followers love your waffle. I can’t say I’ve ever seen Guest Checks in Australia but I’m sure I can find something I can use instead. These are really pretty. I love them and there are so many beautiful napkins out there. Thank you so much Yvonne, agree with you totally and i'm well past the point where it even bothers me to be honest. Another lovely youtuber was upset recently that she had been getting some thimbs downs (as we can still see them in our youtube studio wotsit, even though they arent public anymore) As you get more people watching you get more ikes and also dislikes. So anyways, i took screenshots of some of my videos with quite a few thimbs downs and sent them to her, to hopefully cheer her up and let her know it was quite normal. You can't please everyone and i wouldn't even try to. Now that was a waffle😅☺️🤗💜
