I died when you hung the clothes on it in the end lolol!! I 100% intend to use use my machine but I now I'm in need of some spare parts after taking it apart and putting it back together again to tighten some wobbling and fix the squeaking (it is by no means silent). Biggest problem is the axle (#28). I stupidly screwed the two #39 bolts in at both ends and now because of that wonky 2 L- wrench-screw-in-simultaneous action, I can't get either of them out. Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated. TY!

I only have another couple issues. The screws that sent me for the handlebars are too small. I can barely fit the nut bolt on them, let alone the washers. Also, I don't know how to make the sides stable(from the handlebars to the foot pieces). Thank you for the video. The company's assembly video and the comment section made me think that I got scammed. This is a much calmer setting.

Do you know what would cause a creaking sound at the back when riding? It usually occurs on downward stroke. I tightened the pedal crank bolt but it seemed to make it better, then worse.

I have the same thing. Somewhere in the design there must be metal on metal rubbing. It especially happens when I’m not concentrating on staying centered and riding it kind of sloppy. I ride with a little more control and it creaks less. Thanks so much for watching!

Mine isn't exactly yours but it'd same brand and looks different your video was helpful because it's pretty much same basics but I have a problem with putting it together the leg support where you screw it in to the pedal one side of it will not screw in doesn't matter which way you spin it it will not connect

Hello! I have this elliptical and the metal on the back of the petals slide back and forth causing a loud noise. I have tried to tighten it with a regular wrench and hex wrench but have had no luck. Any idea how to fix this problem?

We don’t have that problem. Try removing and reinstalling the foot pads. If that doesn’t work, see if you can add a shim like a little felt furniture pad between the plastic foot pad and the metal support bar. Let me know if that helps. Thanks so much for watching!

Amanda, the cable tensioner stretches up and sits perfectly in the metal "seat". The "brain" or electronic controller and reader plugs into the electric connector coming up the post. I hope this helps. This video was more of an overview. Consult the instructions which came with the elliptical and please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

I like but want to love this machine but the wobble is maddening. My iPad and iPhone darn near bounce off when I’m using it. Have adjusted the feet but doesn’t seem to help.

Kathleen, like I said, this is a cheaper alternative to the bigger ticket ellipticals but it does not offer the stability those guys offer. I really have to concentrate on minimizing sway while exercising but I didn’t pay the $1800 for the model I’m used to at Planet Fitness. Thanks so much for watching and for sharing.

Does yours actually count the time, speed and distance? I'm setting based on the instructions given, it but its not counting down or counting up for any mode. Help please not sure whats wrong with it

I just ordered one similar to this and set it up the other day. I'm not sure if maybe I did something wrong when connecting the wires in the main post (they seemed very loose). But the resistance is all the way at 10 and it feels like there's absolutely no resistance whatsoever. I do have the monitor all hooked up and ready to go, but I haven't gotten batteries for it yet. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it, but I'm kind of thinking that it doesn't? Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

It definitely sounds like you do not have the tension cable connected properly. As I said in the video, it was very tricky. Take the post apart (you don’t have to remove the brain if you have a friend help) and make sure the tensioner is connected. Pause and rewind in the video if it helps. Let me know how it goes. Amazon has it listed over 800lbs of max load weight. Is it true? I'm 6'3 290 trying to shed about 60 lbs. Wanted to make sure it's heavy proof.

Mike, good question. The packaging says a max weight of 300 lbs. I’m 220 and it holds me. Anything north of 250, I’d ride it gently until I got down but it is stout enough to support big folks. Joshine, not all. I noticed a great deal of grease at the axle points. I would recommend you try and isolate where the squeak is coming from. With someone riding it, hold your ear up to each of the contact points. Hopefully the squeak is not coming from inside the machinery. Let us know what you find. Thanks so much for watching.

I do and I had to unhook one wire for computer to register activity and I still don't know how to read it bc 15mins says I only burned 41 cal...I don't think so! At gym I wld burn 300-400 cal in 30mins..you have any recommendations?

I don't understand this. The right bolt won't screw into the petal. I even ordered a replacement bolt and it doesn't work. Waiting for the company's right bolt to come. I screw on the petal alone without problems. I attach it to the right leg part and it won't screw in. I wiped it down to prevent oil and still nothing. This is beyond frustrating and I would have never brought it knowing this was a major issue.

Mine came without the hardware set. I couldn't assemble because I didn't get all the screws, nuts and bolts. I was trying to see where it was when you opened it. But didn't see. Where was it, What can I do to get them.

I’d say contact the manufacturer or the retailer. If you got it on sale as an open box you may be stuck. Thatd be terrible as those bolts and especially washers are really custom. Keep me posted.

Terri, I just finished my elliptical workout and remembered your question. I do not have a loud knocking. I would disconnect the pedals from the flywheel and turn it not connected to anything and hear if you still have the problem. This way you isolate it. You might need to contact the manufacturer. Keep me posted.

@@luckystars6078 check to make sure all the bolts are tight but not too tight. If it squeaks (especially at the bolt that goes through the foot pads), try a little squirt of WD-40 to see if that quiets it down. I hope this helps!
