That’s just regular macaroni salad… it would’ve been Hawaiian if u added pineapples

I’ve only had macaroni salad made like this at Hawaiian restaurants. Normally for me, it’s made with sweet relish, celery, green pepper, onions, eggs, mayo, and the standard seasonings.
