Easy and Mouthwatering, Kadhai (Wok) Mutton Chops

Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3/4 cup
Whole red chili - 5 or to taste
Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Black pepper corn - ~1/2 tsp
Green cardamoms - 7
Black cardamoms - 2
Cloves - 7
Cinnamon stick - ~1”
Mace - 1/2
