Hello. when using gravity feed, how do you ascertain the volume of product transferred? and can you please specify the details of DMSO that you have used.

Hi, typically customers use a scale during gravity loading of the bags. CryoMACS was designed with concentrations of 20% or less DMSO in mind. However, the bags have been demonstrated to be DMSO resistant even at room temperature with 100% DMSO.
