Thank you! It’s possible that would work with a tubed tire. Tried that on a bike that had a short valve on the tube but ended up getting an extension as it was a bit of a pain. I’d honestly go with the extension if possible.

Are you able to still check psi when you first attach the chuck adapter? So u know how much air to put in it?

You can. As soon as you lock it on it opens the valve so you can get a readout.

its simple. dont screw the extender all the way in. screw it on enough that when you push it in it opens the valve. hold it in while youre pumping and voila you dont have to loose pressure while unscrewing it

I actually add (just) a little more than recommended for the air pressure so the loss on removing the pump is even less. Do it on my e-bike, motorcycle, and scooter.

That works too. I’ve had cases on some scooters where the valve stem doesn’t protrude enough above the surface of the wheel to where by the time I get the rubber extension off I’ve lost like 20% of the air.

this is what I need; a flex extention that I can screw onto my Honda scooter as the wheel "spokes" are too close to the nozzle..

I have 2015 Honda Metropolitan gas .. can't get my nozzle in to pump up the tires... I ordered a flexible adaptter to see if it works with my compressor or my portable inflator.

You can use the valve stem adapter with the screw on hose connections. My issue is that it’s more of a pain to get on and off compared to a chuck adapter.

Bro my valve is pushed in & I can't get the chuck adapter to grab it bc it's pushed in to far, front wheel, does anybody kno how to fix this? I tried needle nose pliers but it still doesn't grab it

So Segway recommends 42-48, although you can definitely go higher.

50 should be fine. I’d test several pressures and see what feels best.
