I've used ICI white german glue to stick the gold leaf..for better results wait for 5 mins after applying the glue and then stick the gold leaf😊

Indeed Acrylic paints dry very fast..use water to dilute it or mist over the canvas to slow its drying time..in this way you can easily blend the colours and enjoy the good results.

MashaAllah beautiful.. Which glue do u recommend for gold leaf on canvas as.. Whr I buy from they r out of guilding glue ay recommendation which doesn't ruin canvas.. And what do u use to write abov canvas once ur done with backdrop I usually use masking technique for txt.

JazakAllah❤ i would recommend ICI white german glue as it works best for me..you can buy it from any stationary shop..I first write with pencil and then fill it with colour.

It won't ruin your canvas as it turns transparent after getting dried..

I mostly write directly on canvas using a pencil but for your ease you can simply 1) print image of the calligraphy 2)place butter paper over it and trace it using a pencil 3) now place that butter paper over canvas 4)use pointer to copy it...I tried it once and the results were satisfactory😊
