Case 1 is "Subject" Case 2 is "Object" Case 3 is used after "preposition" Example: Subject: A messenger (Rasoolun) Object: Allah sent a messenger (Rasoolan) Case 3: Allah sent a book "towards" a messenger (Rasoolin)

Iraab is grammatical case. It is easier in Arabic than in English or Spanish I believe from my experience so don't be intimidated.

Adjectives, professions, and characteristics or descriptions have simple plural And the remaining bulk of the ism are complex.. *Adjectives* Beautiful → Jameel / Jameeloona Tall → Taweel / Taweeloona Authentic → Saheeh / Saheehoona [Note : in English adjectives don't have plural but in Arabic adjectives too are ism so they too have definiteness, gender, number and iraab] *Professions* Teacher → Mudarris / Mudarrisoona Doctor → Tabeeb / Tabeeboona *Characteristics or Descriptions* Muslim → Muslim/Muslimoona Good doers → Salih/Salihoona Disbelievers → Kafir / Kafiroona Etc....

Keep moving in lessons.... You will soon realize, Like... Any ism that follows a preposition has to be in case 3. The doer of the verb is recognized by being in Case 1, and object of verb is recognized by being in case 2.. These are examples... You will understand as you move ahead in the lessons, in shaa Allah
