Thanks for the information about the two extra screws on the AFM . That explains why I couldn't get the bloody panel up when I did the mod on it. Never even looked at those two bloody screws! So I just did the apron mod with it in place. Thanks again mate now I can do the glass mod.

Yes, I’d done the Marvel cabinet first, then did Attack from Mars. I pulled and pulled on that piece and couldn’t figure it out until I looked at the side. Not sure if Star Wars is the same or not. Glad I could help someone else on that!

Would actual glass create a better result? Or would it light the art work the same as plexi?

You could use actual glass. The result will be pretty much the same though. The plex is more durable.

How thick is the back glass plexi?

1/8” works great and is available at most True Value stores. Good luck with the project!

Hey mister, this looks fantastic! Liking that they included two sheets for the backglass so that it doesn't look invisible. It's brighter than a human holding a torch! The thing is, I have to wonder now that you've done the apron and backglass, will you do the four side panels too? Or is this cabinet doomed to stay with the original art?

Nope. Working with Loud Graphics to do a full cabinet makeover next. It may wait just a bit, as I need to save up the money for the cost of the larger vinyl pieces. Glad you liked it.

do you have to buy additiopnal glass?? why not use the existing one?

Yes, you need a clear piece of glass or plexiglass for this. The piece that comes with the machine has the graphics printed on the acrylic, so you cannot reuse it. Hope that helps.

good tables are not plug and play and exclude a1u features so nah
