I’ve raised 4 kids who battled me about food for years. Leaving for work at 5:30 each morning, worrying about them all day and coming home to feed everyone, short cuts had to be my go to. Love the acceptance that you guys have about just getting food on the table. My kids are grown and gone and thankfully, lovely people, and ask me how to cook things all the time.

I made this fish with haddock tonight. I cooked it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in an air fryer. It came out golden brown and crispy. My wife absolutely loved it! I'll be making it again. Thanks!

My husband and I watched the fish taco video before this one and want to try both recipes. love how you use leftovers and everyday products. you have become our favorite chef - we watch them all, Ramsay, Oliver, etc...but you are the best. You can use a pastry brush to apply the miracle whip. I'd add some Old Bay seasoning to the shak n bake, esp for Shrimps. Love ez-pz!

trying this fish recipe tonight! I saw your meatloaf recipe (I kept my own recipe but added the pepper and onion jam to it) and it was soooo delicious! Thank you for making my life easier with these fabulous recipes. Deciding what to eat every day is my worst nightmare lol (try the meatloaf using 1 1/2 lb of meat, a box of stove top stuffing mix, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup water, a little bbq sauce, and the onion and pepper jam! all the bread crumbs and seasoning in the stuffing mix! It is so easy and flavorful!)

Nothing wrong with convenience Tom. It's a nutritious meal. I work . It's 7pm before I get home at night. In winter I have the slow cooker going. I have never seen anyone use mayo on the fish before breadcrumbs. Yum 😋 😋 On my list for Friday night dinner.❤❤❤😊

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If I’m baking fish I usually use a parchment paper packet with salt , lemon pepper and a few thin lemon slices on top. I think this would work in the air fryer also. Thanks Tom and Melissa 🐠

I'm making this with Tilapia! I top my fish before baking with some very thinly sliced onion. Fish and onion go good together. When I was hospitalized for a week, fish like this was one of the only foods I could enjoy, due to low sodium. It's absolutely delicious.

✍Hello Tom and Melissa...I'm not really a lover of seafood but I will eat tuna salad and Arthur Treacher's battered cod. We still have one Arthur Treachers restaurant about 10 miles away but since I don't drive not able to go there but just a couple of times a year. Lent starts on February 14th this year 2024 and even though I've been cooking since I was 10 now I'm 78 I've never cooked fresh fish. Can't wait to see the fish taco recipe. I did not know about putting mayonnaise/Miracle Whip on the fish to get the shake and bake to stick. I will try that. I usually buy the Gordton's Beer batter fish and I bake that in my air fryer. I do have some cod pieces in the freezer. I have been wanting to try them and didn't know how to make them. I really did like this video It was quick and you also offered side dishes suggestions that went with the fish.
